Hailo Libero 3.0 Electronic Sensor Opening System with Optional Alexa Voice Control

This mains operated door opening sensor system from Hailo is perfect for our range of bins for pull-out doors (with soft-close runners) and is suitable use in cabinets from 300 to 1200mm wide, providing a perfect solution for the latest trend of handle-less kitchen units.

The opening system can be activated in one of two ways:

(1) by foot movement at the base of the door and once the infra-red beam is breached the bin unit is pushed out from the cabinet

(2) by voice control by connecting to an Alexa system.

The sensor beam (which is white) can be dimmed or even switched off and the push-out force is also adjustable.

The Hailo Libero can be used with any of our pull-out bin systems with soft-close runners) including Hailo, Gollinucci, ECO, Ninka and Vauth-Sagel bins ( it can also be used with Wesco In-cupboard bins although there is a separate Blum Servo Drive system designed for use with their Pullboy-Z bins).

Note: the Libero requires a minimum plinth height of 100mm and at least 50mm between the plinth and the forward cabinet edge.

The unit is set into the base of the cabinet (so requires appropriate DIY skills if not being fitted by a skilled kitchen fitter) and operated by foot movement under the door.

The Libero needs to be connected to a mains electrical supply and is supplied with with fittings for a standard UK 3 pin plug.

The Libero can be managed and adapted by using the Hailo Home App (downloadable to your mobile using the QR code enclosed in the instructions manual). This allows you to:

• adjust the brightness of the light (or indeed switch it off)
• adjust the strength and speed with which the bin is pushed out
• use the phone as a remote control to open the bin
• link to Alexa for voice controlled opening
