Exchanges and Returns

Not what you expected?

We offer a ‘No Quibble’ returns policy, which means you may return any item to us within 30 calendar days of order for a full refund. 

If the product you have bought is unsuitable please call us on 023 8097 0230 or email us at customer.services@binopolis.com .  We are always happy to help customers to find an alternative product.  If we are unable to do so it's important that any item you wish to return, unless faulty, is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.  This means that it is unused and in its original packaging.  Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, we will provide you with the appropriate returns address.

Customers are responsible for the costs involved in returning unwanted items to us and for the safe return of the goods. We can recommend the best method for returning items to us.

We will refund the total purchase price to the Card or PayPal account used for the original purchase once we have received the goods back.

 

Items received damaged  

Our couriers are as careful as possible with our deliveries but problems do sometimes arise.  Please check the box on arrival and if there are any indications of damage sign for the delivery as ‘Damaged’.  In some cases damage is not apparent until the item is unpacked.

If you are able to email us a photo of damage to customer.services@binopolis.com   this helps us to determine the cause of the problem and identify the most appropriate resolution.  Alternatively call our customer services team on 023 8097 0230 so that we arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Faulty product?

We only sell products from quality manufacturers and as a result faults and defects are rare but if you do receive an item which you think is faulty, please contact our customer services team on 023 8097 0230 as soon as possible so that we assess the problem.   We can then arrange a replacement or refund. 

BUSINESS / TRADE CUSTOMERS

Please note that we do not accept returns from Business or Trade Customers unless products are damaged or faulty.  In exceptional cases where business / trade customers are seeking to exchange a product for a different item there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% for the returned item plus a £20 collection fee per item.

Under no circumstances can orders of a value in excess of £500.00 be refunded or exchanged but we will replace damaged or faulty items.
