These terms and conditions apply to anyone accessing the website or placing an order. By doing either of these activities you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions displayed below. If you do not wish to be bound by the stated terms and conditions please do not use the website.

Binopolis Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss by users or third parties, resulting from the use of this Website. Permanent storage, copying,redistribution,or modification of the content of the site will be considered a breach of copyright and subject to legal proceedings.
Description of Goods
We constantly strive to provide accurate and current information on this website. Binopolis Ltd will not be responsible for errors/omissions in product descriptions or the Buyer's interpretation of those descriptions. If you are unsure about the suitability of a particular product please call us.
We make no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products.
All sizes and measurements are approximate. The dimension of goods supplied may vary from those provided.
Actual colours of products may be slightly different to those shown on screen due to the limitations of the web, display settings and the variety of viewing devices used.
Making a Purchase
We have tried to ensure that making a purchase is as easy as possible. Just select the items you want, and when you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email to confirm we have received your order.
Order acceptance and the establishment of a contract between you and Binopolis will take place on the despatch of your order unless we have notified you that we are unable to accept your order, or you have subsequently cancelled it.
If a promotional code is available only one code may be used with each purchase.
All our prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Credit Card Security
Payments made online are 100% secure and taken via PayPal/Braintree. Binopolis Ltd does not have any visibility or access to your bank or credit card details when you pay online.
Offers and voucher codes
Only one price reduction offer or voucher code can be used per transaction.
Orders are normally processed the same working day. Orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We will contact you if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your online order.
All card payments are subject to security checks before any goods are dispatched. If the issuing bank of your card does not for any reason authorise payment from that account, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Title to the goods will remain with Binopolis Ltd until full payment is received.
Covid-19 Update - BUSINESS AS USUAL
Binopolis is operating as usual and we are taking and processing orders with next working day delivery in the UK for most products.
The vast majority of our products are in stock and available for delivery.
The majority of orders are being despatched and delivered within the usual delivery times given for each product. As always we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible but please note our warehouse and delivery teams are impacted by the constraints of working within safe business practices due to the Coronavirus. Should you experience a delay to your delivery please accept our apologies and let us know if we can help.
VAUTH-SAGEL In-cupboard: Most Vauth-Sagel orders are on being despatched on our 'next day' service. A limited number of products are experiencing delay due to short or delayed deliveries into us. If we are awaiting stock of an item you can 'Pre-Order' the product and we will despatch it as close as possible to the date indicated that stock will be available However this is subject to change and products may arrive earlier or later than we expect. If your timing is critical please call before ordering.
Our couriers are working hard to maintain deliveries and may use non-contact options to record your delivery to maintain distancing requirements.
We make your delivery as fast and flexible as we can, with FREE DELIVERY on UK mainland orders over £45. Orders under £45 incur a delivery charge of £4.99.
We despatch orders as quickly as possible and we aim to deliver most orders NEXT DAY on weekdays, as long as we receive your order before the time given in the DELIVERY section in the product specification section.
Items not available for next day delivery are usually delivered in 2-3 working days.
When we’ve despatched your order we will email you with the details and an expected delivery date.
Deliveries for Simplehuman, Joseph Joseph, Wesco free-standing bins and EKO products are handled by DPD which normally means you’ll be given a tracked 1-hour time slot, and 'in-flight' options to change the delivery to another weekday of your choice, or to a neighbour. You can also designate a safe place to leave the package in, but please only do this if the place really is safe as this is your own responsibility and at your own risk!
Binopolis cannot be held responsible if you have requested delivery to a safe place via the DPD system, delivery of the package is recorded but then subsequently the package goes missing.
Deliveries of Brabantia products are handled by Yodel and normally take 2-3 working days. You'll receive an email from Yodel with tracking details leading to your delivery day.
Deliveries for Wesco In Cupboard products are with TNT/FedEx, and Vauth-Sagel and Hailo products are handled by DX Freight/TNT, with next day deliveries made between 8 am and 7 pm. Don't forget that if you can't be in the day following your order, you can ask us to have your bin delivered on any weekday if that's more convenient for you: let us know at the time of ordering. There are also options with these couriers to request early morning or before noon deliveries, for an additional charge, so if your delivery is urgent please call us for a quotation.
Blanco orders received by 10.00am on a weekday are normally despatched the same day (after this time the following weekday) and despatched by APC.
When your order is delivered it will need to be signed for as proof of receipt, (unless you've agreed a safe place with DPD which will be recorded). If you do miss the delivery, a card should be dropped through your door giving options for redelivery or for you to collect.
Wesco, Hailo and Vauth-Sagel products can be delivered on Saturday, for £35.00 (the cost to us we're afraid!). To organise this, please give us a call on 023 8097 0230. These products can be ordered up until 4.00pm on a Friday.
You can specify delivery on any weekday for no extra charge, either by calling us before you order,or by using your order tracking details to arrange your preferred delivery day with the courier.
The Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight:
Please note that delivery to these locations may take 1-2 days longer than our normal delivery timings.
Please note that our premium services (before 10.00, Noon, Saturday & Sunday deliveries) are not available to these locations.
We're happy to deliver to BT postcodes (1-95) but unfortunately the charges made by our couriers mean we have to charge a supplement of £15.00. This cost is actually lower than the costs which are passed on to us. This charge will be shown at the start of the Checkout process once you have confirmed the delivery address and prior to payment. Delivery typically takes 2 working days.
Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Scilly Isles:
We are happy to deliver to the above locations but regret that we have to charge £15 to cover the additional expenses and insurance required to deliver to non-mainland and remoter locations. This is less than the cost we are charged by the couriers. The additional charge applies to the locations (see postcodes) listed below:

Europe & Rest of The World
We regret we unable to deliver to countries outside of the British Isles.
We are, however, happy to ship to a UK-based shipping business for onward transportation arranged by customers themselves to Europe and elsewhere in the world.
Delivery Service & Timing
Products ordered at the same time may be shipped separately.
Although our couriers nearly always achieve a delivery specified as Next Day, we can’t guarantee that an order will arrive when specified, as very occasionally there can be a delay that’s out of our control. We will always keep you informed if we’re made aware of any delays, and we will do our very best to ensure that the delivery is made as quickly as possible.
DPD deliveries may show an option to divert your order to a local Pick-up shop, but please note that this does not apply to Binopolis deliveries.
Delivery times during public holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.) may be extended beyond our normal timeframe.
Neither Binopolis nor our nominated carriers will be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated time frame.
We work very closely with our suppliers and carriers to minimise potential damage to products during transit. However, accidents do occasionally happen. If the outer packaging should be damaged on delivery, please advise the courier you want to sign for it as ‘damaged’.
Please check your order within 24 hours of delivery to verify that you have the complete order and no damage has been incurred to the product in transit.
In the rare event that you find your product has been damaged in transit, please reply to your order or delivery confirmation email outlining the problem and attach photos of the damage to the product and also of the boxes in which it was delivered (whether damaged or not). Alternatively, call our Customer Services Team on 023 8097 0230 or email us at [email protected].
If you do not intend to use or fit your bin directly following receipt, please store it carefully as we cannot be held liable for damage incurred or missing components after receipt. Please retain all packaging, including the outer carton until you come to use or install the product.
In rare instances a fault may be apparent with the product. In this case please advise us accordingly and we will seek to find a resolution.
We offer a 30 day returns policy, which means you may return any item to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund provided that the product is returned to us in a re-saleable condition. This means that:
- The product must be unused
- For in-cupboard products no attempt has been made to fit it and the screw pack unopened and any template is un-marked.
- The item is packed as when delivered with all of its original packaging intact.
- Where an item has been received double boxed, both the product box and outer packing carton must be used.
- Packing the product as originally received is essential as this protects the product on its return journey.
- If incorrectly packed, any damage incurred to the product on the return journey will mean that your refund can't be made.
How do I return an item?
If the product you have bought is unsuitable please call us on 023 8097 0230 or email us at [email protected]. We are always happy to help customers to find an alternative product.
Once you have let us know that you wish to return an item, we will check with you that it meets the return criteria above and work with you to get the product back to the correct address using either of two return methods:
1. If you are located on the UK mainland we can arrange collection of the product by courier, on a weekday to suit you, from a home or work address for £15.00 per item. This is for your convenience and also means that the product is fully insured. The collection fee is simply deducted from your final refund total.
2. You can return the product yourself, but please ask us first for a return reference number and the correct returns address as the latter varies depending on the product. We strongly recommend using a service which fully covers the product weight and value against damage in transit.

Once we have received the goods back and they are checked as re-saleable, we will make your refund to the Card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Most products are supplied with at least a manufacturer's 12-month parts and labour guarantee, unless otherwise stated. Some suppliers offer a 5 year or 10 Year consumer warranty and you may need to register your purchase with them to take advantage of this. Due to the vaguaries of operation in commercial premises these warranties are typically restricted to 12 months or less, please contact us for specific requirements. Warranties are valid for the period stated on our website from the date of receipt of your product(s).
Manufacturers warranties exclude faults caused by your own accidental damage, neglect, misuse or error in installation.
In the case of manufacturers who operate direct product support, repairs & returns procedures, the Buyer accepts an obligation to process their claim directly through the manufacturer.
When you order from us or make an enquiry, we will need your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other similar information to enable us to process your request, notify you of acceptance of orders and deliver the goods ordered.
We will pass information necessary to deliver your order to our suppliers and/or couriers or other agents to enable them to process the delivery of your order.
To keep you up to date with the latest developments and offers, we would like to retain your email address to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site. If you would not like to receive this information, please indicate your preference when placing your order.

BUSINESS / TRADE CUSTOMERS - Refunds & Returns
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to return or exchange a product for a different item please call us in the first instance and we will do our best to help.
- Damage must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products you wish to return must be unfitted, unused and in the original packaging.
- We regret that orders of a value in excess of £500 cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Any product you wish to return will be subject to a collection fee of £15.00 per item and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the order value. We will refund the value of the order minus the collection and restocking fees once the product is checked back in with us.
If any part these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.
