I replaced my original Hailo bin with this new one and I am really pleased with it. The metal hook on the bottom of the door is so much better.

Delivered promptly, well packaged. The product looks to be excellent quality but as yet it is not fitted as we are awaiting a kitchen fit out.
I am very happy with my purchase from Binopolis. The delivery was extremely fast and I received my order the very next day, which was excellent.
The instructions were a little limited initially, but their customer service was outstanding. They responded very quickly and clarified everything clearly, which made the process easy.
There was a minor cosmetic issue with two of the bins, but Binopolis handled it very efficiently. They resolved the issue promptly and sent replacement bins very quickly, without any hassle.
Overall, the product quality, fast delivery, and excellent customer support really stood out. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order from them again.

Expensive, but very convenient in use. Diagrams showing installation details not very helpful. Better to show side view to clarify the height of the fixed lid relative to the bin, especially if trying to fit into tight spaces whilst wanting the lid as close as possible to the bin.
Excellent, a bit pricey but does what I need. Installation easy, although it could be even better using the method I used to enable the whole assembly to be instantly removable so as to allow easier access to items stored in the the adjacent corner cupboard, or for cleaning.
Great bin for a 300mm cabinet , as there seems to be very few bins for this cabinet size that have a large and small bin so ideal for my needs. Door was a bit fiddly to fit , however as long as you read the instructions properly and take your time it works well. Quick next day delivery too was a bonus.
With great instructions, installation went smoothly, so in a tight under-sink cabinet (pipes etc.), I now have a very handy rubbish bin with a capacity that's larger than I expected — a pleasant surprise!
The supplied template makes it easy to install. Great product.

Works great - our bin is actually in a framed pull out drawer, so I had to modify the installation slightly, but works great. Opening has been reliable so far, the USB-C power means it's really easy to run an extension behind the dishwasher rather than putting a socket in behind the bin. You can even run it off a USB battery pack while figuring out what to do. The Alexa bit felt a bit like a gimmick, but is has turned out to be something I use - specially if you're on your way to the bin with your hands full. Overall, a great addition to the kitchen.

BUT
as usual with online retailers the product and the company were badly let down by the delivery company - DPD Local - they get minus 7 stars reducing the score to a net 3. Why?
a) They did not update the delivery system. Binopolis offered 'next working day' delivery - this would be Tuesday. Late Tuesday pm their website was saying that they had been notified but had not yet received the goods. I emailed Binopolis and within a hour the site had been updated.b) It was further updated overnight - Tuesday/Weds and we were given a delivery slot which DPD said COULD NOT be changed
c) We have doorbells fitted throughout the house - my wife has impaired mobility - we heard the doorbell but before I could stand the delivery person hammered on the door so hard it shook. It is well fitting but he hit it so hard the bells on the inside rattled.
d) I went to the door and he fhe had put the parcel on the step. We have a half-door and he fiddled with his phone camera and took my picture. I am in my 70s and he did not offer to help by lifting the box (My wife could simply not have managed it).
e) He then ran off with a 'Have a nice day'
f) I haven't got a good word for him, but Dr John Cooper Clarke has ....
Why online retailers persist in the fiction of 'free delivery' - delivery is NOT free - and continue to use these cut-throat race to the bottom companies puzzles me. We try to only use companies which use reputable delivery systems and would be willing to pay the FEC of delivery.
As it is ... will we buy from Binopolis again? It is very doubtful - sorry - they will have to pay for their decision to use a poor delivery method
