One of the internal bins had a broken handle on receipt, however the customer services was great and upon reporting the issue, a replacement bin arrived the next day. Well done on such a responsive service. Bin is easy to install and works well.
I replaced my original Hailo bin with this new one and I am really pleased with it. The metal hook on the bottom of the door is so much better.
